Terms & Conditions
1. Laundry deliveries will be made in 72 Hours.
2. Dry Cleaning garments will be delivered in 120 Hours.
3. Urgent Delivery of garments is available, wherein Same Day Delivery will be charged @ 100% Extra and Next Day Delivery will be charged @ 50% Extra.
4. For Free Pick up & Delivery, laundry orders should be of minimum order value ₹500 or above.
5. Every effort is made to deliver clothes on time; however, due to unforeseen circumstances, if the delivery is delayed, we will keep you updated about the delivery times.
6. Customers are requested to examine garments at the time of delivery.
7. The Company will not be responsible for the upkeep of the garments, if the garments are not collected within 15 days from the date of scheduled delivery.
8. All garments/linen/fabrics are handled with greatest care but owing to the conditions of the articles or non apparent/non-visible defects in its material there is a POSSIBILITY OF DISCOLOURING OR SHRINKAGE. Such garments are accepted for cleaning at OWNER’S RISK and company will not accept any responsibility for it.
9. We are not responsible for fastness / running of colour / shrinkage / damage to embellishments / embroidery work on the garments during process.
10. Every effort is made to remove stains, but we will not be responsible for stubborn and un-removable stains.
11. Removal of stain is a part of the process but complete removal of stains cannot be guaranteed and will be processed at customer’s risk.
12. Company accepts no liability for items whose loose color, specially when color of one part of the garment gets on the other part.
13. Company is not responsible for loss of or damage to any personal or non-cleanable items left in the article such as money, jewelry, or anything else.
14. Company reserves the right to refuse cleaning any garment.
15. If customer cannot accept the loss of any garment, please do not leave it with us.
16. Company shall not be held responsible for any ornaments/ jewellery fittings on the garment.
17. We accept no liability for any loss or damage of the clothes arising due to fire, burglary etc.
18. All articles are accepted at customers’ risk.
19. We are digitally active on all the social media platforms.
20. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Courts in Vapi only.
21. We may use the images of your clothes for promotional purposes.
22. Our prices may vary from store to store and city to city.
Premium Garment Protection Plan
1. In case of any loss or damage Company can reimburse up to a maximum of three (3) times of its processing (laundry / dryclean) cost (decision remains with Company if any reimbursement has to be done) only if Customer is able to produce the bills. Compensation shall be provided in form of services and no cash will be given to customer.
2. Free re-processing will be provided in case of quality-related issues.
3. This protection plan is offered at zero cost as a promotional benefit, but is applicable only for orders paid through the mobile application.
4. Customers must examine garments at the time of delivery. Any damage, loss, or quality-related complaint must be reported within 7 days of delivery (only if the article has not been used by the customer after service). Complaints received after 7 days or after usage of the article shall be treated as null and void and any quality-related claim after the stipulated time shall not be entertained.
5. Customers are requested to count the articles at the time of delivery and inform the delivery person in case of missing articles. Company will not be responsible for any such claims after delivery is accepted and signed by the customer.
6. Customer shall examine articles for damage at the time of delivery and notify the same then and there. Company shall not be responsible for any claims afterwards.
7. Some process/items may require additional period to process. No deduction on billed amount or claim can be initiated in respect of delays.
8. Tariff for designer wear will be decided on a case-to-case basis depending on the complexity of garment, which will be communicated after inspection by the expert at the processing center.
Privacy Policy
Tulsi Smart Corporation uses and protects all private information collected from customers through store registration, mobile application, or call center. Information shared by users is used with their consent for service purposes. By providing personal information, the customer agrees that it may be used for operational and service-related purposes.
We use customer information to provide customised services such as order updates, service information, offers, and feedback collection. We may contact customers through telephone calls, WhatsApp messages, text messages, email, or direct mailers.
Payment Terms
1. Company does not provide printed bills; invoices will be sent on the registered Email ID and WhatsApp number only.
2. Customer has to pay the entire amount after successful delivery of order.
3. For retail orders, payment shall be made by Cash or Online UPI. Debit or Credit Cards are accepted but prior intimation is required.
4. Package plan payments can be made by cash or cheque. If paid by cheque, the plan will be activated only after cheque realization.
5. Tax will be charged over and above the rates mentioned.
6. Package plans purchased from one location are valid at all service locations of the company.
7. Cashback will be provided as service credit only and no cash refund will be given.
Cancellation / Refund Policy
1. Extra amount paid for retail orders may be refunded on customer request.
2. Package balance is non-refundable and non-transferable.
3. User may cancel before pickup without charges.
4. If Company refuses to process any article, the order amount will be refunded or added to package/wallet balance.
5. Cancellation request after pickup must be placed within 2 hours.
6. Once order is processed, it cannot be cancelled.
Coupons & Discounts
1. Coupon can be applied only through mobile application before invoice generation.
2. After invoice generation, coupon cannot be applied.
3. Multiple discounts or offers cannot be clubbed together.
All disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Vapi only.
